The payment methods available on our website are: Apple Pay, bank card (Mastercard and Visa).
What does it mean if I don't get a confirmation email?
You should receive an Order Confirmation email within an hour after placing your order. In case you din´t receive it and the payment has been made, don´t worry, your order has been processed correctly.

Can I modify the products in my order?
Modifications can be made to the articles as long as the order has not been sent. To do this, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we will assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
- If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, there is no problem canceling your order and we will refund the full amount.
- If your order has been prepared and shipped, but has not yet been delivered, you can reject your order and we will refund the amount of the order with the exception of shipping costs.
- If your order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled, you must process a return.
Do the prices include VAT?

Can you make changes and returns?
We make changes and returns through our after-sales service in the following cases:· I have received the order in poor condition or with manufacturing faults.
